Brinsop Court Wedding Portfolio
Brinsop Court in Herefordshire is a stunning wedding venue and one of my favourites to work at. The house, ground, and the team there are all incredible and it makes for a fantastic location for a wedding.
Take a look through these weddings that I’ve photographed or videoed at Brinsop Court
“Colin was an amazing wedding videographer! He made us feel relaxed all day and worked seamlessly with our photographer.
We’re so happy with the final videos – highly recommend” - Hannah & Will
I was shooting video for this one working alongside my good friend and excellent wedding photographer David Leibst.
The day started with getting ready at a little cottage, getting clips of hair, makeup, and all the little details that make up a wedding morning.
After a very heartfelt reveal to the Bride’s father I headed over to the Church to get myself setup for the ceremony and to get shots of the groom and guests before things got started…
Toby and Ellie hired me to capture video for their wedding day, and for this one I got to work alongside my good friend and wonderful photographer David Leibst
The day started with getting ready shots as everyone was getting hair and makeup done, before I headed over to the ceremony location a few miles down the road…
“We booked Colin as videographer for our May wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. Being able to rewatch the day as it happened after it being such a whirlwind for the bride and groom is such a lovely thing and we couldn't have chosen a better videographer to do it! Colin's style is very relaxed, not OTT and documentary style - we didn't even notice the cameras!
He worked so hard with our photographer Che to make us feel so at ease and it was amazing to receive a little snippet the very next day.
If you're thinking about booking a videographer for your wedding, we would 100% recommend Colin.” - Bethan & Henry
We can't thank Colin enough for our incredible wedding photos! We specifically wanted a documentary style photographer as neither I nor Ollie feel comfortable posing for the camera so finding the right photographer was a really big deal for us.
Colin captured moments we didn't even think of and when we received our album we were completely overwhelmed with the images. We absolutely love them! I would recommend Colin to everyone, THANK YOU. - Dianka & Ollie
“We wanted to say a massive thank you for our amazing videos of the day, we’ve watched them over and over! It has been so great to watch the day back especially as it really did fly by!
You were amazing on the day as well, everything felt super easy and effortless. You captured so many moments we would’ve forgotten or never seen otherwise!”
- L+T
“Absolutely blown away by these. The way you have captured the beauty, emotion and happiness of the day is nothing short of perfect.
We will treasure these forever. Thank you so much for being such a huge part of our day.”
-Tom + Sami
An incredible Brinsop Court Wedding!
“Wow!! Wow!!! Wow!!!! Thank you so much. The highlights and film are beyond anything we could have asked.”
- Hannah + Peter
October 2022 and I’m spending the morning double-checking my gear before heading up to Brinsop Court to make a wedding film…
A fantastic wedding celebration at Brinsop Court!
Laura and Richard got married at the always fantastic Brinsop Court. Over the last few years, it’s been great seeing Brinsop develop and now with their Knot Barn it’s one of my favorite wedding venues to work at in Herefordshire…
“Thank you so so much- you are insanely talented! We really appreciate all your hard work- we have been welling up in the kitchen watching it all back!” - Bex + Rich
Cast yourself back to February 2022, it was raining. A lot. However, the rain would not stop this from being a fantastic day and we got super lucky as the storms all passed a day..
I really do love a Brinsop Court Wedding and Lauren + Nick’s wedding day was no exception!
Cast your mind back to November 2021, some Covid restrictions were still in place but weddings were on and I was driving the rather leisurely 20-minute drive from my house over to Brinsop Court…
I met up with Lauren and Antony in early 2019 with their photographer and my good friend Che Birch Hayes, he was taking care of the photographs of the wedding day and I was making a film.
The day started with the bridal prep and I got to work capturing footage and getting myself set up, my working setup for video is similar to my photography setup, with my Fuji X-H1 at the heart of my gear load-out. Added to the X-H1 is the 56mm and that is pretty much what I’ll shoot 90% of the day on, it gives great compression as well as a consistent look and feels to the video when editing…
This certainly wasn’t my first time as a Brinsop Court Wedding photographer and I’m sure it won’t be my last (It’s one off my favourite venues)
The day started with bridal prep, aided by the wonderful women of Rebel Rock, before Rachel got into her stunning wedding dress and headed into the Library for the ceremony.
What can I say. This wedding was just the most fun to shoot.
I've know the groom Sam for many years from a long time ago in school, as such a year or so ago when he got in touch for me to shoot his wedding I was more than game. This wedding was at Brinsop Court in Herefordshire, now if you've never been let me sum it up in one word. Beautiful…
Brinsop Court is an idyllic moat-surrounded venue in the Herefordshire countryside, and held host to Lucy and Rich's wedding day.
“Thank you so much for sending this through, we took some time out and watched it last night - it was amazing to take us back to that day and it was a joy to watch! “ - Ben & April
