Hereford Wedding Photographer - Caroline & Declan

Smiles + Sunflowers.

When Caroline and Declan got in touch about their home-style wedding with all of their friends and family I knew straight away that it was going to be a great occasion.

My day stated at the bride’s parents house with the getting ready, a chilled few hours with some talented hair and make up artists and the girls were ready to go and looking awesome.

Also at the same time I had a second shooter over with the boys, for this wedding I enlisted the help of Clive Blair, a great photographer who also shoots with Fuji (great for editing together with my photos in post).

We both met up at the church snd before long the ceremony was underway with some lovely readings and some seriously impressive singing from the couples close friends.

Afterwards, just outside the church the newlyweds greeted their guests, this is my favourite time to photograph as there are loads of genuine smiles and touching moments to capture. This then led onto the confetti and the bride and grooms exit in a bright red Land Rover.

The reception was black at the house and even though there was a little rain it didn’t dampen the couples spirts, a few formal photos later and everyone was in the marquee for speeches and food. The evening was hosted by an excellent band and some pretty awesome dance moves, from here it was a bit more dancing photography before a sparkler exit and the end of the evening!

Massive thanks to the couple for having me there on the day, it was a great wedding to be a part of and so much fun to shoot, also thanks to Clive for second shooting fore me, if you are planning a wedding and would like a second shooter it really is something to think about adding to your package!

All shot on my usual gear<

Cheers,
